Located in Boynton Beach, directly between West Palm Beach and Boca Raton, this 650 acre planned industrial park represented a single phase undertaking of tremendous scale. As part of the project work as the developer, LMG principals obtained approval and funding for its own interchange from I-95 and a rail spur from the FEC Railway. Its first tenant was the one million square foot Publix distribution center for South Florida, including its own rail access and robotic loading.
