Selected as part of a highly competitive RFP process by Broward County, we were on the development staff of this complex multi governmental project. The project included multiple negotiations between the developer, Port Everglades and Broward County that covered all aspects of financing, cruise ship operations, port operations, legislation enabling hotel bed taxes, and entitlements to deliver a turn key public building under budget. The project included a 3000 car garage that continues to serve both the convention center and the world class cruise facilities within the complex. The project remains a key asset to the Ft. Lauderdale community today.
